Spectrum Detector (Lake Oswego, OR) manufactures the LiTaO3 Pyro-electric Detector Hybrid for use in applications including energy measurement, power measurement, radiometry, spectral radiometry, and FTIR and IR Gas analysis. The large area, 9 mm spectrally flat pyroelectric detectors are offered in either a voltage or current mode circuit with NEP in the nW range and Rv as high as 13,000 V/W. An optional organic black absorbing coating adds flat spectral response from 0.25 to 14.0 μm.
