Holjeron (Tualatin, OR) has unveiled conveyor control assemblies and 24 VDC motor-driven rollers able to operate in extreme temperature and humidity conditions.

Using the company’s Zonelink(TM) controls and Microroller(R) powered rollers, the harsh-duty subsystems are suited for freezer and refrigerator applications, as well as low ambient temperature environments both indoors and out. Customers may select a pre-engineered two-zone controller assembly for rugged environments. All control wiring is completed for “plug and run” operation. Holjeron’s harsh duty dual zone controller assembly provides protection for the electrical controls, driver cards and wiring for the powered rollers. It can incorporate an optional 24VDC power supply to operate two microrollers, two sensors and the communication connections.
