Miniature Cable

Leoni (Kitchener, Germany) is extending its portfolio of special cable products to include cables with cores having outer diameters as small as 0.02 mm. These wafer-thin miniature cables are used for medical, measurement and control equipment, as well as automation and industrial equipment.

altThe cables are comparable in thickness to half that of a human hair. The use of special insulation and jacket materials as well as optimized shielding technologies achieves maximum flexibility together with high packing density and optimum electrical properties.
