Laser Modules

altFLEXPOINT® laser modules from Laser Components USA (Hudson, NH) display a “clean” spot at multiple levels of magnification. Inside the module, optical elements are used and adjusted manually to obtain the optimal alignment position, allowing, for example, a beam diameter of 0.020mm to be achieved at a distance of 100mm (1/e2). The external dimensions can be kept small at 95mm in length and 12mm in diameter, and both the wavelength and the output power can be adjusted. The modules are available at operating voltages of 4.5-6 VDC or 8-30 VDC. Due to a consumption of less than 50mW at an output power of 0.5mW, the FLEXPOINT® can generally be connected to existing electric circuits
