The MLX75412 extended HDR Image Sensor from Melexis (Ieper, Belgium) includes two on-chip functions: exposure controls and an adaptive Autoview™ histogram remapping capability. Focus applications include automotive driver assistance, night vision, security/surveillance, fleet safety, and truck blind spot detection.

altThe wide-VGA image sensors, which have a 1024 × 512 pixels resolution, feature an extended high dynamic range (Extended HDR) up to 154 dB in each frame, with a full resolution frame rate up to 60 fps.
