The MS9001.D from Colibrys
(Neuchatel, Switzerland) is a
MEMS-based tilt sensor for platform
including satellite communication
and scanning radar antennas,
remote surveillance cameras,
and fire-control servo systems. It offers linearity independent
of the operating environment, and is designed
for use as a ±1g tilt, control, and measurement device. It is
available in a standard LCC 20 ceramic package configuration
of 8.9 × 8.9 mm.
