Product of the Month: HP Z1 Workstation

altHewlett-Packard (Palo Alto, CA) has introduced the HP Z1 Workstation, an all-in-one workstation with a 27" diagonal display that snaps open so users can swap out parts and make upgrades without the need for tools. Users can add a hard drive, upgrade memory, or access graphics cards by snapping open the chassis. It features quad-core Intel® Xeon® processors, NVIDIA Quadro graphics, EEC memory, and support for more than 1 billion colors. Storage types include 7.2K and 10K SATA, SSD, optional RAID configurations, removable drives, a multiformat media card reader, and optical drives. The 27" white LED display features a 178-degree viewing angle and an in-plane switching panel. Other features are a high-definition Webcam, front-facing dual-cone speakers, and HP remote graphics software.
