North Atlantic Industries (Bohemia, NY) has released the 76C2 PCI card that features three modules, and is a universal, multi-functional, half-slot card.

The card can accommodate three independent modules, each of which can include the specific functions of A/D (10 channels; ±1.25 to 50 VDC and 4 to 20 mA), D/A (10 channels; ±1.25, 2.5, 5 V, and 10 VDC), S/D (four channels; Synchro or Resolverto- Digital measurement), Function Generator (four channels), discrete I/O (16 channels), TTL I/O (16 channels), transceiver I/O (11 channels), LVDT/RVDT (four channels, high current), and RTD (six channels, two-, three-, or four-wire platinum resistance temperature device measurement).

The design of the card provides diagnostics, and is available in both commercial temperature range and severe environment industrial temperature range. Each of the functions of the card is programmable at the channel level. Continuous background (BIT) testing is performed on all functions and channels; the testing is transparent to the user, requires no programming, and does not interfere with the normal operation of the card. The interchangeable modules augment functional density. Power consumption is reduced. The card is available with operating temperature ranges from -40 to 85°C and 0 to 70°C. Applications include military and C3I applications. For Free Info Click Here
