Multifunction, High-Throughput, Simultaneous USB Data Acquisition Module

Data Translation, Marlboro, MA, has introduced the DT9816-S multifunction, high-throughput, simultaneous USB data acquisition module that allows users to sample six analog input channels independently at up to 800 kHz per channel.

The module is part of the ECONseries of USB modules and offers monitoring and control with eight digital input lines and eight digital output lines, and enables event counting with a 16-bit counter/timer. Other features include 16-bit resolution analog input subsystem, signal sampling ranges of ±10V and ±5V, a shielded enclosure for noise immunity, and free software. Users can develop their own software in a variety of languages, or use a readyto- measure application such as Measure Foundry®.
