The baseline for this diffractive-optical-element design is a concentrator aperture of 1-meter diameter, which is scaleable to both a larger nominal 5-10-meter aperture and to a smaller laboratory test article. Initial calculations indicate that the resulting performance characteristics of the smaller test article will be readily scaleable to a full-size unit.
