Magnet Applications specializes in the manufacture of bonded magnets and assemblies using a variety of forming processes. The most significant features of bonded magnet processes are the ability to precisely target the magnetic performance, as well as utilizing net-shaping techniques that can achieve very complex shapes. Because we manufacture our own compounds for the bonded magnet processes, we are able to give customers the exact level of magnetic performance that is needed in a particular application. In the product listings, a number of different common performance levels are described, but in the majority of cases a precise blend will be created to give the most cost effective solution.
