Details for Biochips Containing Arrays of Carbon-Nanotube Electrodes
PropertyValue
NameBiochips Containing Arrays of Carbon-Nanotube Electrodes
DescriptionThis work demonstrates  that nanoelectrodes, particularly a carbon nanotube (CNT) based nanoelectrode array, can be integrated into a EC system for ultrasensitive chemical and DNA detection. The nanoelectrode array is fabricated with a bottom-up scheme resulting in precisely positioned and well aligned multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) array embedded in a planarized SiO2 matrix.
