DescriptionThe invention includes a new culture device coupled with a new methodology. The incorporation of the two involves a perfusion culture system in which a rotating bioreactor is used to grow cells in liquid culture medium while attached to an adhesive-treated porous surface such that when the attached cells divide, newborn cells are released and can be collected in the effluent medium through an exit port.
