The ADCA aerial delivery system reduces cargo loading time, is safe for fragile cargo, and allows loading and unloading to be performed by one person (no special training required). The drop container is designed with a tubular frame, padding materials, a shock-absorbing cushion, and side and bottom air bags to withstand impact as it drops to the ground so that the box remains intact and secure. All types of aerial drops (high/low velocity) are possible, and the system is compatible with existing ranges of parachutes. ADCA is very stable, and highly targeted aerial drops can be achieved due to a weighted-bottom feature. The ADCA system comes as a single unit with no parts to assemble and a single unit may be used repeatedly. Applications include humanitarian aid and relief efforts, and resupplying military troops in hostile territory.
