A line of Koganei blow-type ionizers is available from Humphrey Products Co. (Kalamazoo, MI). Designed to remove static electricity and dust, the device is available in one-head, two-head, and compact models. A range of optional solid and flexible nozzles provides coverage from a wide area, to as close as 1 mm from the workpiece. Low-voltage DC power supplies a high-voltage AC transformer that produces a high-frequency AC field.
