The Vector Series 3005 peristaltic pump from Wanner Engineering (Minneapolis, MN) features a lubricant-filled cavity for constant lubrication, and is capable of continuous duty pumping of harsh liquids at up to 200 PSI. A roller and shoe design requires less starting torque and creates less abrasion. The pump is available in a range of configurations and flows, and can handle fluids with viscosity to 100,000 cps at temperatures to 180 °F. It also can handle solids to 0.6" and fibers to 4" in length. The pump features heavy-duty roller bearings and isolation of pumped fluid.
