Everlight Electronics (Caroll-ton, TX) has introduced 4-pin SSOP phototransistor optocouplers. The phototransistor opto-couplers feature a low-profile (2mm) package, high isolation voltage (3750 Vrms), minimum creepage distance (5mm), wide operating temperature range (-55°C to +110°C), multiple current-transfer-ratio (CTR) bins, and high breakdown voltage (80V). The devices are well suited for use in DC-DC converters, battery chargers, general-purpose switching circuits, and programmable controllers.
