PROMET International (Shoreview, MN) has introduced the FiBO® Variable Angle Tilt Stage (VATS) with Bare Fiber (BF) Adapter for efficient bare fiber endface geometry testing. When used with the FiBO® 300 Interferometer, the VATS quickly verifies the nominal cleave angle of bare fiber. Reports are generated with a single click. The VATS has a high-precision kinematic interface, quick-release mechanism, and an easy-to-read Vernier degree scale.
