Ondox, Inc. (Monrovia, CA) has added a 10mW, 405nm diode to its product line of wavelength stabilized lasers. The single longitudinal mode 405nm lasers have coherent length >1m, side mode suppression >25dB, and the wavelength is stable to approximately 3pm.. They are available in 5.6mm TO cans and fiber coupled modules. The 405nm lasers are used with standard photoresists for applications such as diffraction grating, embossed hologram fabrication, CD mastering, and microlithography.
