OptoTherm (Sewickley, PA) has released the Infrasight RD320 thermal imaging camera. This camera utilizes a 320×240 uncooled detector array with <0.05°C sensitivity, and 16 bit digital Camera Link interface. The measurement temperature range is 0°C to 300°C. The camera captures and displays images at a rate of 30 frames per second and provides a pixel resolution of down to 70 microns. The Infrasight RD320 camera is used in applications such as product design, NDT, and medical research. The base R&D camera system includes Thermalyze LT image analysis software.
