VGA Digital Camera

The TXG02 from Baumer (Southington, CT) features VGA resolution and a frame rate of up to 140 fps. Available in both monochrome and color versions, the TXG02 has integrated ExView HAD technology for the visible and near-infrared range of the spectrum.

The 36 × 36 × 48 mm camera, based on the Sony ICX618 CCD sensor, has a range of functions, including “Timer,” storable “User Sets,” and triggering via “Action Command.” While the “Sequencer” can be used to record a series of frames with varying parameters, the configurable “Trigger Delay” improves the fine-tuning of synchronization between the application and the camera. Another function enables multi-camera operation and delayed image transmission.
