Headwall Photonics (Fitchburg, MA) offers the Raman ExplorerTM 532 Raman spectrometer. Featuring a retro-reflective concentric design, the device utilizes a 532-nm excitation laser for biological (pathogenic) and chemical threat assessment, spatial imaging, in-line process analysis of industrial operations, and applications in space and in the deep ocean. A Raman finger-print range of 4,000 wave numbers and a resolution of 4 wave numbers also are featured.
