QPC Lasers, Inc. (Sylmar, CA) offers fiber-coupled semiconductor laser modules for fiber-laser pumping and spectroscopy applications.

Three versions are available: 400 μm core diameter at 25 W and a 808 nm wavelength; 200 μm core diameter at 20 W and a 976nm wavelength; and a 400 μm core diameter at 12 W with a 1,532 nm wavelength. Features include wavelength accuracy better than ±1.5 nm, <0.7 nm FWHM line width, and a conduction-cooled package. The mounts are designed to match the coefficient of thermal expansion of the semiconductor laser die.
