Fabco-Air (Gainesville, FL) has introduced block-style linear slides in 12-, 20-, and 32-mm bores with strokes from 1/2" to 10" and guide shafts from 3/8" to 3/4" diameters. An anodized aluminum body has a built-in repairable air cylinder and a combination of mounting holes to facilitate rigid mounting in tight spaces; counter-bored tapped-through holes on the bottom; and tapped holes on the rear and side with a slip-fit dowel hole and slot for alignment. The toolbar has counter-bored tapped-through holes on top, front, and bottom faces for tooling attachment. The front face has a slip-fit dowel hole and slot for repeatable tool alignment. Options include magnetic piston for position sensing, adjustable extend stroke, and a blank toolbar for custom hole pattern.
