Analog Modules (Longwood, FL) Model 772 pulsed laser diode driver is a highly efficient (>70 percent), compact (4.3 × 2.7 × 1.5"), lightweight (<10.5 oz) polyphase unit designed to supply high-current pulses for laser-diode stacks. The Model 772 delivers 70 to 140-amp pulses with ≤10μs rise time into diode stacks of 15 to 24 V at an average power of up to 20 W. The Model 772 also provides power and trigger signals for AMI’s Pockels cell drivers. It can be cooled with natural convection and offers open circuit, short circuit, and thermal overload protection.
