Servo2Go.com (Greenville, DE) offers Applied Motion Products’ SVAC3 Series digital servo drives. The AC powered drives can be controlled via analog signal or step and direction inputs. They also can be programmed to act as standalone units. All models include Ethernet/ IP industry-standard network communication with connection to the supplied Windows software for configuration and tuning. Applications can communicate in real time using the SCl and Q languages over standard 100-Mbit Ethernet cabling, addressing, and protocols.
Three drives are available, each in 120VAC and 220VAC versions. The 120V versions provide up to 3.5A rms continuous current and 7.5A rms peak. The 220V versions provide up to 1.8A rms continuous and 5.4A rms peak. A built-in regeneration circuit disperses incoming energy from decelerating inertial loads.
