TDK-EPC, a group company of the TDK Corporation (Uniondale, NY), has extended its range of EPCOS MKP film capacitors with the B32671L8 and B32672L9 series. The high-voltage (2000 VDC) capacitors are available with reduced lead spacing (LS) from 10 mm. In addition, the voltage of the LS 15 types has been increased from 700 to 900 VAC.

Other features include: higher pulse capability up to 15 kV/μs; size reduction from LS 15 to LS 10 mm; maximum operating temperature of +125°C, and case material to UL 94 V-0.
