TE Connectivity (Harrisburg, PA) has extended its line of poke-in connectors to include the new micro poke-in wire SSL connector — a low-profile printed circuit board connector specifically designed for LED channel lettering lighting strips, general illumination LED fixtures, architectural cove and valence lighting, digital signage, and LED modules. The connector has a simple poke-in termination method and is packaged to speed up SMT manufacturing processes. With small dimensions of 8.2 mm x 3.3 mm x 2.475 mm, the connector suits applications with space constraints. Housing is designed with high-temperature-resistant thermoplastic to enable reflow processing.
