Servo Drive

The Gold Drum HV 100/800 from Elmo Motion Control (Nashua, NH) is a compact servo drive that delivers up to 100 A and operates up to 800 VDC. The 60-KW, high-performance, wide-bandwidth servo drive is EtherCAT and CANOpen compliant. Set-up and tuning are performed using Elmo Application Studio (EAS) software tools with a Windows-based application that enables users to configure the drive for their motor. Features include “direct to mains” operation from rectified 480VAC, networking by EtherCAT or CANOpen, support of feedback in any configuration, and wide bandwidth in current, velocity, and position operating modes.
