Machine Programming Software

CNC Software (Tolland, CT) offers Mastercam Swiss Expert solids-based machine programming software that supports 5-axis Swiss turning machines. The software enables quick toolpath creation from solid faces, edges, loops, and turned profiles. There is no need to create additional geometry to cut a part. Users can select tools and build 3D tool assemblies in the Tool Manager. Tools, tool assemblies, and tool equipment are supported in Machine Simulation. Tools and cutting strategies can be saved into libraries for future use on similar or families of parts.

Projects can be safely visualized on a virtual machine before reaching a shop floor. The software provides full simulation of every moving component of a machine, including material, main and sub spindles, all tool holders, and part handling devices. It also features collision detection and the ability to simultaneously view NC code for all channels while simulating a part.
