Atlas Robot Can Now Backflip Its Way Over Steps
After teasing the introduction of a new Spot Mini , Boston Dynamics is now showcasing the new moves of their Atlas humanoid robot. The already impressive robot, which has a control system to coordinate the motions of its arms, torso, and legs to achieve whole-body mobile manipulation, can now do backflips. Atlas keeps its balance when jostled or pushed and can get up if it tips over.
