Wide-range DC inputs are set at 9-18 VDC, with output voltages ranging from 3.3 VDC to 48 VDC and up to 8A. Teledyne e2v, Chestnut Ridge, NY, introduced the Topaz series of industrial CMOS sensors with 2MP and 1.5MP resolution devices that use global-shutter pixel technology. Housed in a 4.45-mm-wide chip scale package, the sensors have 2.5 × 2.5 μm global shutter pixel, readout noise of typically 3.3 electrons, and frame rate of >100 frames per second in 8-bit output mode.
