Cruising the Australian Outback in a Self-Made Solar Car
For the first time, a team of ETH Zurich students is taking part in the World Solar Challenge — driving 3,000 km through the Australian outback in a self-designed car powered solely by solar energy. The challenge is a demanding test as the roads are rough and the weather will be mercilessly hot. Watch this video to see if the students will be able to compete with the world's best.
