The Model HA Heat Insert Driver is equipped with a vibratory feeder bowl and a heated staging area for the Inserts prior to installation. This eliminates the dependency on the operator to control time, temperature and pressure to ensure nearly perfect flow of the plastic for optimal retention and performance. The Model HA can be upgraded to install multiple Inserts simultaneously and/or configured to accommodate a variety of applications to suit your assembly objectives.
