Additive manufacturing offers cutting-edge applications for the aerospace industry. The latest manufacturing innovations utilized by the industry re-risk projects, accelerate program timelines, and save iteration costs, bridging the gap between prototype to production and much more. This 30-minute collaborative Webinar will explore the journey from design concept through full-rate production (FRP), showcasing the latest additive manufacturing technologies and how they are applied in “real world” aerospace examples.
Attendees can expect to learn more about rapid prototyping of production-representative components as well as tools to increase throughput and consistency in the manufacturing of highly complex aerospace parts. From the Markforged Metal X to the Form3+, there are a variety of printers offering solutions for the aerospace industry, and this program will explore how they lend themselves to productivity and efficiency on the shop floor. This Webinar also will touch upon a myriad of fixtures, tools, and prototypes, underscoring the versatility and breadth of additive manufacturing solutions, providing invaluable insights to help attendees stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic world of aerospace engineering and manufacturing.
An audience Q&A session will follow the technical presentation.
