Zero Print Failures and Nonstop 3D Printing Starts Here

A failed 36-hour print can derail an entire workflow—but it doesn’t have to. This transcript highlights a smarter approach to 3D printing: eliminating common failure points, simplifying setup, and keeping production running without interruption. With automatic filament loading and seamless switching between rolls, the focus shifts from babysitting prints to scaling reliable, efficient output—exactly what modern prototyping and manufacturing demand.

00:00:00 If anybody's ever 3D printed before, they know how  frustrating it could be if you have a print fail,   whether that's overnight, you could have a 36-hour  long print, and you come back Monday morning and   it's ruined, that can be kind of a big issue.  So it's labor intensive, you get one product at   a time, it takes a skilled user to get a good  result. Our first priority is to solve that:   so create a print that doesn't fail, create  solutions that prevent any of those failure modes.   And that's what the S1 does. It's super easy to  load. Instead of the normal 3D printing process   where you have to heat up your extruder, and go  through all of that process when your print's off, you can throw your filament roll on here,  insert that in there, and then now this is loaded,   and it's going to go ahead and do everything you  need to. So that's the entire process. We've made   it extremely simple for the user. Even while  this one's running, during your prints you're

00:00:48 able to come in here and preload a second roll  of filament, and this ensures that you never run   out again. So these can switch back and forth  basically infinitely. And that's all it ever   takes. You never have to interrupt any of your printing  to reload filament when it runs out. If you 3D   print, and you've ever experienced filament run  out, you know how much of a headache that can be.   You can buy one of these on our Kickstarter.  It works on every printer. There's no excuses   not to get one. It'll improve your prints,  keep you from ever running out of filament,   it'll save you so much time, and I can't  imagine printing without one at this point.
