SHB Express™ and PICMG® 1.3

Trenton Technology (Atlanta, GA) announces five new SHB Express™ and PICMG® 1.3 backplanes designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of fields including medical diagnostics, military, telecom, and advanced imaging markets. Trenton's BPG6615, BPX6610, BPG6714 and BPX6719 backplane configurations support additional PCIe, PCI-X and PCI card slots.

Trenton's PICMG 1.3 compatible backplanes have all of the power supply connections, including +12V AUX, on the backplane for increased reliability and faster Mean Time To Repair (MTTR). The BP6FS6605 Multi- Segment PCI Express Backplane has six-system host board (SHB) segments designed to accommodate SHBs with low-profile heat sinks such as Trenton's TML or SLT. Each segment contains a ×16 PCI Express mechanical slot and three of the segments also include a ×8 PCIe mechanical slot.
