The UT699RH LEON 3FT-based microprocessor from Aeroflex Colorado Springs (Colorado Springs, CO) is designed with Gasiler Research AB GRLIB IP-proven architecture and provides a 32-bit master/target PCI interface, while the AMBA bus interconnects a peripheral rich environment including CAN, SpaceWire, UART, and Ethernet.
The GRLIB IP Library is an integrated set of reusable IP cores, designed for system-on-chip (SOC) development. The IP cores are centered around the common on-chip bus and use a coherent method for simulation and synthesis. The library has support for different CAD tools and target technologies, and a unique plug and play method is used to configure and connect the IP cores without the need to modify any global resources.
The UT699RH features a power saving 2.5V core and static design capable of operating from 1 to 75MHz. The processor delivers 60 MIPS performance @ 75MHz and is packaged in a 352-pin ceramic quad flatpack that weighs 31.5 grams. The UT699FP-EVB 32-bit/33MHz cPCI evaluation board is available to aid designers in system level development.
