A new material offers a lighter weight and at least 30% higher usability strength compared to traditional steel. The equipment necessary for the production of the new technology is identical to equipment used for the manufacturing of conventional steel. It does not require other machinery, and the steel can be cast in molds as well as in closed continuous casting machines.

The finished metallurgical products, produced at a lower cost, also feature improved abrasion resistance, fatigue life limit, and air corrosion resistance. Savings are achieved due to the complete absence of the quenching process (cost reductions in energy, machinery-equipment, human work, and waste, for example). There is no need to replace the existing steel production equipment; even certain heat treatment tools are unnecessary.
