E Instruments (Langhorne, PA) has released the PHP 35/40 bar hand pump, a pneumatic/vacuum-generating unit designed for testing and calibrating pressure instruments. It features a pressure/vacuum changeover switch, which is used to select either vacuum or pressure output. The pump is equipped with a Vernier and release valve. Output pressure/vacuum can be adjusted while performing calibration. A release valve is used to release the built-up pressure/ vacuum after calibration.
