DC Gearmotor

Midwest Motion Pro ducts (Watertown, MN) offers the Model MMP-TM55-36-28V GP52-195 DC gearmotor that accepts any 24- 28V DC source, including battery power. The motor measures 2.14" in diameter and has a keyed output shaft of 12-mm diameter by 25 mm long. Mounting is accomplished with four facemount M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on a 40-mm-diameter B.C. Output is rated for 196 lb/in continuous torque at 12 RPM, and 443 lb/in peak. The motor requires 2.1 amps at 28V DC to generate full-load torque. Motor windings for 12, 36, 48, 60, and 90V are available. The design is rated at IP54 for operation in harsh environments.
