Hurley Davis, Head of Engineering Services and Technology, Americas, Elektrobit

Hurley Davis is the Americas Head of Engineering Services and Technology for Elektrobit, where he leads engineering and project management activities for the region. He is responsible for managing Elektrobit’s engineering services as well as overseeing the company’s customer centers in the U.S. Hurley brings more than 20 years of experience in automotive software to his role, including applications in battery management for hybrid and electric vehicles, powertrain controls, and intelligent transportation systems. He joined Elektrobit in 2017 after serving as Director of Software Engineering at A123 Systems, where he was responsible for embedded software design and development, validation and test automation, project management, and process management. Hurley holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in controls and robotics from Cornell University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively.

Steve Quinlan, Senior Software Engineer, Elektrobit

Steve Quinlan is a Senior Software Engineer at Elektrobit, an award-winning and visionary global vendor of embedded and connected software products and services for the automotive industry. Steve has worked as a software engineer for 23 years, specializing in embedded systems for numerous industries including automotive, airline communications, defense, fitness, medical, and video surveillance. Before joining Elektrobit in 2014, he worked as an automotive HMI development lead, team lead, and project coordinator for major OEMs. Steve holds degrees in cartography and computer science from the East Central University of Oklahoma.
