Resolve Optics (Chesham, UK) has introduced a high-temperature optical system that can be adapted to a variety of high-temperature applications. The system does not require air cooling for use in most applications. Its prisms are designed to analyze high-temperature processes including incineration, recycling, smelting, chemical manufacturing, and operations inside furnaces to a temperature of 950C. The optical system can be adapted to operate at various fields of view and angles of view up to 90°. It can accommodate any length and diameter of endoscope enabling in situ microinspection.
