ACCES I/O Products, San Diego, CA, announced the 104e-mPCIe family of PCIe/104 carrier modules. The adapter boards allow users to install PCI Express Mini Cards (mPCIe) into new and existing PCIe/104 embedded systems. The boards are Type 1 or Type 2 PCIe/104 carrier boards designed to support up to four PCI Express mini cards in either half or full lengths. The advanced model converts one PCIe x1 lane from the PCIe/104 stack into four mPCIe sockets, while the standard version converts four PCIe x1 lanes from the stack into four mPCIe sockets.

Pico Technology, Tyler, TX, introduced the PicoScope 9404-16 SXRTO, a 16-GHz, sampler-extended, real-time oscilloscope. It features four high-resolution, 12-bit channels, each supported by real-time sampling to 500 MS/s per channel and up to 5 TS/s (0.2 ps) equivalent-time sampling. The wideband inputs can display and measure transitions as fast as 22 ps and pulses and impulses down to 45 ps wide. The USB-controlled instrument is supplied with PicoSample 4 software that controls the instrument and presents waveforms, measurements, and statistics.

With a maximum operating temperature of 175°C, the FET offers reverse recovery, low gate charge, and low intrinsic capacitance. It is available in multiple bandwidth options ranging from 1 to 8 GHz.
