Marvin Test Solutions, Irvine, CA, offers the GX3104 4-channel, 3U PXI source measure unit (SMU) that senses both voltage and current over a range of ±20 V and up to ±1 A. The module's flex-power architecture provides the option to configure the SMU as 4-channel, 250 mA/channel or as a single-channel, 1A SMU.
