3D Printer

The ExOne Co., North Huntingdon, PA, introduced the InnoventPro 3D printer, a binder jetting system for printing metals, ceramics, and composites. It is offered in 3-liter and 5-liter build sizes with print speeds up to 700 cc/hour. The printer uses a digital file to inkjet a binder into a bed of powder particles, creating a solid part one layer at a time. Inkjet-printable nanoparticle suspensions allow the printer to bond at lower temperatures.
