Austin Semiconductor, Inc. TSOPII SDRAM

Austin Semiconductor, Inc. (Austin, TX) now offers a 512Mb, 54-Pin TSOPII SDRAM with copper lead frame. The TSOPII features a Lead on Chip (LOC) design, which allows the size of the package to be approximately the chip size. The device is a 512Mb, 32Mb x 16, 3.3V, SDRAM, measuring 22.30mm × 11.76mm, with a height of 1.2mm. The TSOPII is ideally suited for high temperature applications in the automotive, industrial, and military industries; cellular base stations; gas and oil explorations; aerospace and avionics; engine control; onboard flight computers; and radar and sonar.

Full military temperature range of -55°C to 125°C processing is available. The TSOPII SDRAM is fully synchronous, and has internal pipelined operation and internal banks for hiding row access. Programmable burst lengths of 1, 2, 4, 8, or full page are available. Other features include auto precharge, self refresh mode, WRITE recovery, LVTTL-compatible inputs and outputs, and a single +3.3V ±0.3V power supply.
