LMS North America (Troy, MI) has introduced the LMS Test.Lab Vibration Control system for closed-loop vibration control testing under a wide variety of usage and transportation circumstances. Allowing engineers to test products under normal to extreme operating conditions, the system supports endurance testing, online damage monitoring, and trend analysis. It includes integrated support of all common standards for vibration qualification testing, such as MIL STD 810, GAM EG-13, or IEC standards.

The system also supports non-standard specs, as well as fast reproduction of target reference spectra on a shaker installation, using four to eight control channels. Vibration control tests include random, shock, sine, and combined test modes. The system is flexible, and its native MS Windows software allows automation of long-duration tests.
