Zero-Max (Plymouth, MN) offers ETP Techno shaft locking bushings for bore sizes of 110, 120, and 130 mm. They are designed for locking components to large shafts with repeatable precision for applications requiring frequent mounting operations such as position gears, pulleys, sprockets, and other components in automated machinery. Handling torque ranges from 247,820 inch lbs. to 283,223 inch lbs., the bushings feature a radial screw design for mounting, repositioning, and phasing of components to the shafts. They can be readjusted hundreds of times without any axial movement of the bushing or component along the keyless shaft. An Allen wrench is required to mount and lock the bushings into place.

The bushings incorporate a double-walled sleeve filled with a pressure medium. When the actuation screws are tightened, the hydraulic pressure medium in the sleeve expands the double-walled sleeve, forming a tight, continuous connection between the shaft and mounted component. The bushing aligns without axial movement as it is tightened. The bushings are also available in 18 additional sizes to handle 15-mm through 100-mm shaft sizes.
