Michael Kosubek serves as the technical lead of an international development team focused on point cloud algorithm components for flash and scanning lidar applications for Continental. He manages cross-department and component-related issues and planning for the future point cloud algorithm—concerning high-flash lidar generations—and manages roadmap planning, feature planning, simulation tracking, and embedded algorithm development. Michael holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering, information technology, and computer engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

Mrinal Sood, Director of Technical Marketing, AEye

Mrinal Sood has a decade of automotive design, manufacturing, and go-to-market experience. Prior to his current role as Director of Technical Marketing for AEye, he led technical sales and marketing at Innoviz and Sense Photonics, where he created their go-to-market strategy for lidar and led expansion across automotive, smart cities, and off-highway markets. Mrinal also previously designed and validated powertrain and telematics products for passenger vehicles at Continental Automotive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois.
